Eating, Cooking, and Telling Stories San Antonio Style - A Benefit for Foodways Texas

This event features a chef-prepared, served, seated dinner sponsored by Pearl Brewery and The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio.
Featured chefs will include:
-Andrew Weissman of Il Sogno & Sandbar
-Tan Nguyen of Central Market, San Antonio
-Jason Dady of The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills
-Rebecca Rather of Rather Sweet Bakery & Cafe
-Jesse T. Perez, Consultant for Alamo Cafe
-Steven McHugh of Luke
-Elizabeth Johnson-Kossick of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio
Cocktails will be served with Texas spirits, Texas craft brewed beer, and Texas wine paired with the meal's courses by a Master Sommelier.
The ticket cost covers all food and drink.
During the event, Molly O'Neill, author of "One Big Table; A Portrait of American Cooking," will speak about immigrant foodways, while guests enjoy a meal influenced by immigrant communities in the San Antonio area. Copies of the book signed by the author will be available for purchase courtesy of the Twig book shop.
